Unwind and restore with our Yin Yoga practice. This deep stretching session is designed to address fascia, tendons, & ligaments to improve flexibility and address the subtle body energetics of the body's meridian channels. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, providing a perfect opportunity to regulate the nervous system & address mobility. Join us for a rejuvenating experience that compliments the active vinyasa practice.
