About the event
Chris Brown, a retired Delaware State Trooper, will be leading this intro to mindfulness and meditation to help others improve their attention and have more ease while living in this distraction-filled world. After a wonderful 20 year law enforcement career, Chris faced a sudden loss of the ability to focus due to burn out & stress. He then immersed himself in the practice of mindfulness & meditation as he searched for a way to train his brain to once again be able to focus. He’s had a profound experience with mindfulness & meditation, as its benefits have spanned across many areas of his life including the ability to focus and have more ease.
